"verify" email address against a list

    Hi,
    I am sending out an email invitation to a few hundred individuals. They will return to register/RSVP for an event and confirm their name, company, title. This event is closed and only has a certain number of seats available.

    Step 1:
    Ask for the user to verify their email address

    Step 2:
    Email address matches one from the list they can then proceed to verify their information/RSVP. Ideally, i would like all of their information to be pre-populated in the form based on their email match so all they need to do is confirm vs. fill out the entire form.
