We have a quite large medical health enrollment form with a total of 8 pages. When the customer views an Entry they want to be able to have the data shown with it's page headers - HTML fields. Like: Enrollment, Dependents, Health Choices, Dental Choices, etc....
I've tried Section Break and Hidden Field but neither show up unless I click on "Show Empty Fields". This doesn't work because there are way too many fields that may not be populated by the user.
Any ideas on how to make this work?
