Visibility - Admin Only

  1. How do we go about not showing a part of the form in the notification email?

    I check off "Admin Only" for the Visibility -- which hides it but than shows it when it's in the notification email.

    I want for it to be hidden at all times...

    ...I only want to see it when I go to "entries" in my backoffice.

    How do I do this?

    You would have to not use the {all_fields} merge tag, instead building out your notification using the merge tags for the fields you want included.

  3. And what if I have like 20 merge tags?

    LOL.

    There is just 4 merge-tags that I don't want to use for my "all submitted fields".

    I noticed that there are:

    1) Required form fields
    2) Optional form fields
    3) Other form fields

    I was wondering if I can somehow move the optional merge-tags into the "other" column, because the "other form fields" don't show up in "All Submitted Fields".
