I'd like for a visitor to fill out the application, which asks about employment. Is it possible for me to create a form with all requested information and then bring that into my application, at which time, the visitor can dynamically add this employment form for a second job they've had....if that makes any sense.

I'm not completely clear. I understand collecting the information the first time around. What do you want to do with it after that? Please share as many details as you can and we will give you a detailed answer.

I need to do something similar. The user needs to fill in details about their education, from grade school to graduate school via drop down. Each type of school has a: name, location, years attended, graduated (yes/no dropdown) and subjects studied. So once they've filled in this info for one type of school, how would I set it up to let them add another row of these fields for a different type of school....if that makes any sense.
I appreciate the help.

Hey guys... I am interested in doing the same thing... allowing a user to hit a "Add More Employment History" to to speak and the form field duplicate.
As I see this was created a year ago has anyone been able to figure this out yet? thanks
