    is there any way to add voice recording to the form?

    We don't currently have any feature that would allow that. You would have to find a third party source or third party script to allow that, and then find a way to integrate it with Gravity Forms if you so chose.

    It hasn't come up much, but if you post it in Feature Requests, the developers do look there for features that the public wants.
