W3C Validation Issue for Form Widget

  1. I have one last problem with W3c validating my site.

I am getting this error - "document type does not allow element "link" here"

If I do click "no" on the Output CSS the page validates fine but the widget looks all messed up.

Here is the link for the validation error - http://validator.w3.org/unicorn/check?ucn_uri=http%3A%2F%2Fcanadylawgroup.com&ucn_task=conformance#css21-validator_warning

Please advise on how to fix this issue.

    Thanks

  2. Widget stylesheets are loaded inline, not in the page head. That's a limitation of the platform and the way the widget has to load the styles.

If you're concerned about validation, you can disable the script output in the widget options but you'll have to make sure the Gravity Forms scripts are enqueued in your page elsewhere.

The section on enqueuing scripts is at the bottom of this page.
