Warning: Missing argument 2 for wpdb::prepare()

    Since upgrading WordPress to the latest version of 3.5 I'm receiving this error message from Gravity Forms.

    Warning: Missing argument 2 for wpdb::prepare(), called in /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-gravityforms-product-addons/gravityforms-product-addons.php on line 91 and defined in /wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 990

    At the same time, my customer is reporting that their customers are getting time out errors on their order processing all of a sudden. It may be unrelated, but since this is the only error showing on the site I wanted to report it right away. Please let me know if you can provide an update. Thanks.

    You should bring this to the attention of Woocommerce support. That error is coming from their add-on.

    Additionally, it is only a warning, which should not be enabled on a production site. It does seem the two problems are related though.
