Website broke after installing gravity form

    I installed the Gravity Form plugin and after creating a form and publishing the page the website broke. I uninstalled the plugin but the site is still not working. When you go to the main URL you get a message about needing permission or the page doesn't exist. Only one menu part at the top shows.

    The URL is http://www.fsusalesinstitute.com/

    I can provide admin login if needed. I need to get this fixed before the calls start.

    Some reason the site now defaults to the 404 Template (404.php) page. Have you had a chance to check out the issue?
