Website field causes the wheel to just continually spin

    I have a problem with my form just continually spinning when I click on the 'Next' button.

    I've narrowed this down to the website field.

    Is this a known problem at times?

    A good first step to troubleshooting is testing for a theme/plugin conflict. You can follow the instructions here to do so:

    Does the form work in the formbuilder preview?

    Hi Rob,

    I turned off all the plugins, but still have the same problem. It happens whether the website field is just a normal website field or a custom field set to website.

    It works without a problem in the preview, it's just when used directly on the theme that I have the problem.

    Did you try switching to a default theme as well? Such as Twenty Ten or Twenty Eleven? Usually if it works in preview, then it's an issue with a theme or plugin.
