am i missing something or does this latest version lack this? i have GF previous version on a few sites and the "http://" is present for the user. New version, it is missing and creates an error when filling out the form. This is a nuisance to users. What's up? Or am i just missing a setting somewhere?

    Thanks,

There may be some other script/plugin interfering with your form output.

  4. Looks normal from what I'm seeing. Is this specific to one browser?

  6. This is probably the deal, you have the HTML5 output turned on and the http:// is being rendered by the HTML5 "placeholder" attribute. If you view the form in a browser that doesn't support HTML5, you won't see the http:// placeholder text.

If you don't need/want the HTML5 fields, you can turn that off on the settings page and then it will roll back to the original style (default value) that's visible in all the browsers.
