What happens if I uninstall 1.5.2 and reinstall 1.5.1.5?

    My problem started with the upgrade. I've been waiting for help, the weekend is looming and I need to get the form working. (I was traveling yesterday.) Can I uninstall the upgrade and reinstall the working version without losing my forms?

    There is no need to downgrade, your form is working fine. I sent you an email regarding this. I turned off AJAX, which was unnecessary for this form, and your form is submitting as expected.

    As for your issue "Making a shortcode" this is a browser cache issue. You need to completely clear your browser cache and then try again. I have no problems using the "Insert shortcode wizard" to insert form shortcodes on pages or posts on your site.
