What is the best way to build a Quiz?

I have read several posts about it, but I am still not getting it.

I just want to know what the best way to create a Quiz that will provide a numeric grade at the end is.

It will be very simple, True or False questions and multiple choice, all radio buttons. 10 questions, so it's simple.

At the end, I would like for the quiz taker to be able to receive credit and view the questions that he/she got incorrectly... Is this possible?

    Thanks!

  2. It is possible. It will require some work. Take a look at this example I put online a while ago. Let me know if you have questions after you view the demo. This has 20 questions, will tally the score, and associates a 'grade' with the raw score.

    Thanks.
