What to charge customer for gravity forms

  1. I have started building a couple of WordPress sites for family and other people that i know. They are prepared to pay a fee for the site but i am not sure if i can tell that they will have a regular yearly fee for gravity forms. How do other WordPress web designers sell gravity forms to their customers.

  2. Typically WordPress developers that include Gravity Forms when creating a site for another person work with that person to purchase their own Gravity Forms license. That way the Gravity Forms license is in there name and they can access support resources and renew the license on their own as needed.

If you purchase a Gravity Forms Developer License you can use your license on client sites, however this poses issues if you are ever no longer managing their site or if you yourself choose not to renew your own Developer License. They would also not have access to support resources to ask questions, etc. when using your license.

Because of this, the best way to handle this is to have the client purchase their own Gravity Forms license.
