What's the difference between entry and lead

    Hello,

    Couldn't find any docs on what's the difference between entry and lead. And what's the logic of using one or the other in native GF functions.

    Can entry be used instead of lead object as it? Or a lead object can be constructed as RGFormsModel::get_lead( $entry['id'] );
