When pressing next on the first page, form becomes a white page

    HI,

    We have been using gravity forms for several months. I have lately run into the following problem, sometimes, and only sometimes, when students try to submit an application form, upon pressing next on the first page of the form, they get a blank white screen and that is it.
    I have been unable to recreate this and as three potential students have recently had this problem I am becoming increasingly concerned.
    I would appreciate any help you can give me.

    A white page is a 500 Internal Server Error. If it's intermittent, you will need to check for web server error logs to see what's happening.

    Also, you will want to fix this jQuery error:

Error: jQuery("#ngg-slideshow-0-983-1").nggSlideshow is not a function
