Which pages/posts are using forms

    Im guessing this would be an easy add on or maybe it exists and i dont know about it. I use some other plugin (not other contact forms) and they show what pages/posts use a certain form. These are displayed in its own column in the form list.

    Example
    Form #1 Applied to: 545, 1, 26

    Make sense?
