White screen when exporting CSV

When I try to export form entries to a CSV, the CSV is not generated and I'm given a blank white screen that only contains the number "1" (at URL .../wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_export)

I'm running Wordpress 3.4.2 and have installed Gravity Forms 1.6.7. My website is hosted at Dreamhost. Last week the CSV export worked fine for me, now it doesn't. I've deactivated all plugins, tried it with a default theme, and looked at my logs but found no clues. I've tried setting WP_DEBUG to true, but the logs don't show anything more, and the GF white screen still just says "1".

What should I try next? Please help!

  2. Try exporting fewer columns or try restricting the date range to get fewer entries. It sound like your server is running out of memory when creating the export file.

I tried exporting only 2 columns with a date range of a week. There's only 2 entries that would fall in that range. Still got the white screen with a "1". The strange thing is that it worked last week but not now.

  4. If you're getting a white screen, that is a 500 internal server error. This should be displayed to the visitor (admin user in your case) or logged, somewhere. You might need to contact your host to find the error logs. We need to see the error to know why the white screen is occurring.

The white screen with a 1 is interesting though. That does not sound like a normal internal server error. Can you send me a WordPress administrator login for your site? Send it to chris@rocketgenius.com and include a link to this topic, and an idea of which form you're trying to export the entries for. Thanks
