Woocommerce add to cart not working when using Gravity Forms

    Hi,

I am having a problem adding a product to the cart page while using gravity forms, as well as with gravity forms addon for woocommerce.

    My url: http://elearning-innovations.com/testsite/?product=registration

I have a form setup around registrations for an event, however I am unable to add a product to the cart. The process does indeed forward you to the "confirmation" page but without any registration details. It simply presents a forward that there is nothing in the cart and that I need to add a product (or in my case a new registration)

I can confirm that the session path is writable, with 128 MB of WP memory limit. All other status' are in the green when you check them on woocommerce.

I have tested the same on a product without gravityforms, and it seems to be working.

What seems to be the problem?

Please make this a matter of urgency as I do wish to launch the site today (this is the only thing thats pending.)

    Looking forward to your feedback.

  2. We don't have any specific information about integration with Woocommerce and their cart. Please contact them with your question. Thank you.

I am experiencing the same issue, and it's kind of ridiculous that you guys are shrugging off all the blame to Woocommerce.

To clarify - I tested my site using a product created with the Gravity form integration, and one "simple" product created using only Woocommerce.

The Woocommerce simple product adds to my cart. The Gravity Form one does not. Since this is the Gravity Forms support forum, and I bought this plugin on the assumption that it integrates with Woocommerce, doesn't it make sense to help your customers out?

The connection between Gravity Forms and WooCommerce (WooCommerce Gravity Forms Add-on) was created by the WooCommerce team. We didn't change anything on our end. They released a newly rewritten version of their core offering five days ago. Please contact them for support with your issue.
