    Hello,
I get this error when I active your plugin:
WordPress database error: [Table '_wrdp2.wp_rg_form_meta' doesn't exist]
SHOW INDEX FROM wp_rg_form_meta WHERE Key_name='form_id'

WordPress database error: [Table '_wrdp2.wp_rg_lead_detail_long' doesn't exist]
SHOW INDEX FROM wp_rg_lead_detail_long WHERE Key_name='lead_detail_key'

The plugin DO looks like it works perfectly though, just wondering if it's something I should be worried about? Thanks

  3. Does this error appear all the time or only on the first page load after updating or activating?

Only on the first page after activating. Then it goes away and never see it again. But you understand that it makes me wonder if something is wrong? Any ideas ?

  5. @nextgenman Was this a new installation or was this after updating the version of Gravity Forms that was already installed on that site?

completely new installation. Same happens on different sites (So it's not just a one time thing), all with newest WP version.

  7. Can you do me a favor and go to your settings page (Form->Settings) and add "&setup" to the URL, so that it looks something like "localhost/wp3/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_settings&setup". Load that URL and let me know if still get the same error.

If you do, could you send me an FTP and WP admin login to alex@rocketgenius.com so that I could take a closer look?

Hi all, I got the same error when activating Gravity Forms forms for the first time:
WordPress database error: [Table 'grapevinewp.wpgr_rg_form_meta' doesn't exist]
SHOW INDEX FROM wpgr_rg_form_meta WHERE Key_name='form_id'
WordPress database error: [Table 'grapevinewp.wpgr_rg_lead_detail_long' doesn't exist]
SHOW INDEX FROM wpgr_rg_lead_detail_long WHERE Key_name='lead_detail_key'

I can go to the settings page fine, no error:
    PHP Version 5.2.11
    MySQL Version 5.0.91
    WordPress Version 3.2.1
    Gravity Forms Version 1.6.1

I checked the database and those tables are there. I am on a slower server. I'm wondering if that has something to do with it.

  11. It's not serious. It's related to a change made to improve VaultPress support. We are looking into it and will resolve it in a future release.

  12. Just an FYI. This error also appears on the WordPress Settings->General screen all the time after activation.
