Wordpress Error message when downloading - cannot find forms

  1. http://motherwhisperers.com
Help please - I purchased and downloaded the plug in earlier today, but got this error message on my dashboard:

Gravity Forms Addons has detected a problem: required Gravity Forms files cannot be found

The Gravity Forms plugin must be installed and activated for the Gravity Forms Addons plugin to work.

If you haven't installed the plugin, you can purchase the plugin here. If you have, and you believe this notice is in error, start a topic on the plugin support forum.

  2. You haven't installed the main Gravity Forms plugin.

The error message you are seeing is what happens if you install a Gravity Forms Add-On but don't have Gravity Forms installed.

It's a bit like trying to play an XBox game with the XBox. You need to install Gravity Forms first.

  6. Sounds like you are having some sort of plugin or theme conflict with a plugin or theme causing an issue with being able to access the WordPress settings page for the plugin. This is common with themes when the theme developer doesn't know how to properly add theme option pages.

If you use our contact us form and send us a WordPress admin login for this site we can take a look at it and determine what is causing the problem so it can be resolved. Please reference this forum post in your contact us form submission.
