Wordpress MU

  1. I installed the plugin and tested it out. After figuring out I had a plugin conflict my work around (and better structuring) is to use GF on a sub blog. However, I am not able to create a new form on the sub blog.

    Some things -
I have disabled GF on the main site - it is now only active on one site on the MU install.
I added my license key in settings in plugins
Only Buddypress and Easy Fancybox are running on the sub blog.

The only thing I can think of is maybe the plugin thinks im trying to use it on multiple sites? The plugin still works when I activate it on the main site.

  2. The issue isn't going to be related to using the plugin on multiple sites.

What happens? Are you able to go to the form editor and add fields but can't save the new form?

  3. I choose "new form" in the left admin sidebar. The new form creator opens, however I cant add anything to it, save it or anything. This happens when I try to create a form from any of the other areas IE the Add New, create one ect.

I just realized I also cant collapse the right GF sidebar items..

  4. A little more investigating... When I reload my admin dashboard all my left sidebar items are collapsable. When I go to GF and try to create a new form None of them are collapsable anymore. Gonna try to disable my theme and try the default theme.

  6. Send me an admin login for this site to me at carl@rocketgenius.com, this would need to be a super admin account and also let me know which site in the Multi-Site I should be looking at and I can take a look. It sounds like a Javascript problem.

  7. Magically when I got to work this morning it was working. Nobody has touched it since I submitted my last post here... Awesome! But very very odd!

  8. Very odd. If it starts happening again let us know. Could have been some sort of server issue related to file permissions.
