    Hello: If I buy your developer license does gravity forms allow me the ability to have users complete the form and then gain immediate access as a user to create a new website?

    Yes. The User Registration Add-On that is available to Developer License users allows you to create a registration form that can create a user on your site as well as create a WordPress site for that user in Multi-Site and assigns them as the admin for that site. So they can gain access to your site as well as their own site as part of the User Registration process that the User Registration Add-On allows you to create.
