WordPress Multisite - add one form to all sites?

    Is it possible to include a form from the main site in WP Multisite on all of the subsites? Sort of a global form. I want to include a MailChimp mini signup form in the footer of all subsites.

    Forms are all site specific. You can have the form imported to the site upon creation (but if the site already exists it won't work). Beyond that, the only way to do what you want would be through iframes.
