"wp-content/plugins/gravityforms/forms_model.php on line 1933"

  1. I switched my domain name and did a search and replace on the database for the new old/new domain name. Now the form data doesn't seem to want to display.

When I click on "Forms", the screen looks normal with the entry count and conversion percentage.

When I click on "Entries" for a specific form, I get a bunch of the following warnings:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/path/to/url.com/wp-content/plugins/gravityforms/forms_model.php on line 1933

When I edit my form, I get a new form with no fields.

Any ideas on where I went wrong with my search and replace?

Here's the url where my form shortcode is: http://www.fieldsworkinjury.com/form-test
