WP Simple Survey and Gravity Forms Don't Agree

    when these two plugins are activated Gravity Forms do not show. Anyone know how to fix this or a an alternative to wp simple survey that does work with gravity forms?

    Can you provide a link to a page containing the form in question, also does the form use conditional logic.

    Edit: I have just set up a local test install with the 2012 theme, gravity forms 1.7.2 and wp simple survey. I embedded a gravity form using conditional logic on the same page as a wp simple survey and there were no issues so your problem is likely a plugin/theme conflict which you can test for by following this advice http://rkt.gs/testing
