I have a site that uses both in-page and sidebar form widgets. For the widgets, we use the built-in Form widget. In one of the sidebar forms, the user gets the wrong notification email, one that has been set up for another form. I have double-checked the widget set-up as well as form's notification settings (both forms), and can't figure out where the lines are being crossed.
