500 error occurring when booking form submitted from below web site.

    Website http://www.braeview.com.au the booking request form and been created using your product
    page url http://braeview.com.au/availability/booking-request-form/
    These is an intermittent fault occurring when the submit button is pressed when forms fails to submit below appears
    Error occurred: 500 - internal server error

    I have submitted forms okay but website owner unable to test forms and receiving above error message and also guests reporting not able to submit forms with same error message showing. The website owner has contacted her internet provider and they are also able to submit forms successfully so they are not able to investigate the problem as it is not showing up when form tested. Hoping you are able to throw some light on the subject for me please.

    http://www.psierport.com. 500 error shows up when form is submitted. I deleted gravity forms capatcha plugin, but the form is still showing an error. Need help to rectify this please.
