A Few Questions

  1. I just want me make sure it will do a few things before I purchase.

    1. Will it work on the following page in the "Contact form" area of the page?
    http://pbypm.pcdro.com/index-4.html

    2. Once the form is filled out and sent by someone, will the response confirmation message stay in the same area of the page with nothing else changing on the page beside the confirmation message?

    2. Will it be able to have a drop-down to pick one of two names sending the corresponding email to whichever name that they select. For an example: Name1 & Name2 are in a drop-down menu box. If a person select Name1 in the drop-down box it goes to Email1, if the person selects Name2 in the drop-down box then the email goes to Email2.

Thanks for your help and I hope to hear from you soon.

  2. Hi Shelteru,

1 - It doesn't look like that site is running on WordPress. Gravity Forms is a plugin for the WordPress platform and requires WordPress to run. It is possible to setup a WordPress install to host a Gravity Form and then iframe the form into your non-WordPress site.

    2 - Sure.

3 - Yep, Gravity Forms supports notification routing.
