  2. It's most likely because of a plugin conflict and/or JS error. What version of GF are you running? Have you tested for theme/plugin conflicts yet?

  7. Can you see about increasing the available PHP memory?

If that doesn't work, can email me FTP credentials and we'll have our lead dev debug the code directly.

  8. This issue is being caused by a theme conflict. Your theme is causing the problem. It's interfering with the AJAX request.

Given that it is a ThemeForest theme, i'm not surprised that it is causing a problem as they account for the majority of the theme conflicts that plugin developers encounter. Unfortunately very few of the ThemeForest theme developers know how to properly develop themes so that they don't cause conflicts.

If you activate the default WordPress theme and then test the functionality you will see that it works correctly. The problem is being caused by code in your theme.

In this case it looks like it's being caused by PHP and not javascript in the theme.

If you send me a copy of the theme zip file to carl@rocketgenius.com and reference this forum post when doing so, we can take a look at the theme and determine what it is doing wrong so that it can be corrected.
