Accessing Documentation

  1. I have purchased an single user license and can't get into some of the forum topics on your site. I get the following page with message: The product you have purchased does not give you access to this forum.

    It was my understanding that with this license I would have access to all help documentation and forums.

    Please advise on how I can get access to these topics.
