Add Fields Options Sliding During Editing

Hi - once I've saved a form and either continue for editing or return to edit, the add fields windows slide down the page and I can't click on either advanced or post options. They are sliding as I'm hovering - almost as if I can't catch up. Any ideas?

    Thanks,

    Pat Hess

  2. What version of the plugin are you using? What browser and operating system are you seeing this on? Also, what's your screen resolution set to?

  4. Okay, thanks. We've re-tooled the UI a bit for the 1.5 version so you shouldn't be seeing this type of behavior moving forward. If you're interested, you can grab the 1.5 beta1 version from the downloads page and give it a try.

  5. I also have this problem. I am not sure if the problem occurred after the 1.4 update of gravity forms I just installed or is due to the installation of the gravity forms addon and directory I installed at much the same time. This addon apparently "fixes" the drop function of the 3 add fields boxes so they all stay open, therefore making them longer than expected and making it hard to click a field in the last box before the "float" returns it to the top setting.

I downloaded the beta as advised above but before I install it I wanted to ask if you know and can confirm which plugin is more likely to be the problem.

  7. The gravity forms "addon" plugin and directory plugin are from a third party and aren't supported by us. You would have to go to them for support on this. The authors so-called "fix" for the button panels on the right is the cause of the problem. They were designed to be as compact as possible to save space, not have all of them expanded at once.

The default installation of Gravity Forms works fine.

  8. Thanks Kevin - thought that might be the case. I have created a support request in the plugin forum so hope to get a reply.
