Add note on contact_form_after_submission hook

    Is it possible to add notes (as in the "Notes" section when viewing an entry in Gravity Form entry manager) to an entry inside the hook contact_form_after_submission? I wish to be able to add some text in a note field depending on the outcome of another method I run
