add-ons installation impossible, why ?

    I install without problem developer extension.
    I try to add extensions but I met all the time (2 different sites) this error without any details : "An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums."

    All configuration are ok and folder right 777 so I dont understand.

    Are you trying to install via FTP or from the add-on browser under the Forms menu? If the add-on browser is not working for you, you can download the add-ons you need from here: http://www.gravityhelp.com/downloads/add-ons/ and install them via FTP.
