There's a form field type whereby there's a list of items in a box on left from which the user can select and add multiple individual items to the box on the right. Don't know what this form field type is called or if it's available in Gravity Forms. This available?

  2. There isn't a field like this setup to use, but mind sharing or showing what your end goal is?

An example of what I'm trying to emulate. Here the form field is titled:
    "Translate To" and "Select Languages"

  4. Any reason you wouldn't want to use a checkbox field? You can even use the Multi Select field that will allow for multi-selection in a list like that, it just doesn't move it. At the end of the day though the user is just selecting items from a list.

I really don't see the advantage of selecting items in a list and then clicking a button to pretty much select them again. It's gimmicky.
