Adding form to site

    I have my form created and active under the Forms section of my WP dashboard. Now I can't seem to see where/how to actually add the form onto a page on my site. Sorry if this is obvious...thanks in advance!

    You should be looking for the shortcode builder icon next to your media icon in your new post section.
