address fields missing

  1. Hi,
    I've installed gravity forms and everything works fine - except the address data. it is loosing the data inserted by the user?
    isn't it data to be stored in the database? how can I enable storing of all the data'

  2. @ibloom We've had one other user report this issue, but we are unable to replicate it locally. Can you send over a WordPress admin login via our Contact Us form so we can take a look at your site and form setup?

  4. The issue is the ProjectManager plugin you are using is hijacking the post action and the form isn't getting submitted.

    I tested for plugin conflicts and the issue only occurs when the ProjectManager plugin is active. I deactivated it, and the forms work as intended.

    We rarely see this issue, what is happening is the ProjectManager wasn't developed with best practices and is hijacking the global post variable... and Gravity Forms isn't able to process the form because of it. So that is the plugin causing the problem. You'd have to notify it's developers that it is causing this issue, there is nothing we can do to prevent it. Plugins shouldn't be manipulating the global post this way.
