When setting the notification email for admin I am putting the email for admin, filling out the rest of the fields and saving.
After I push save I am getting the error:
"Notification could not be updated. Please enter all required information below."

And it is the e-mail for admin that is having an issue? What e-mail address are you trying to use? Can you take a screenshot of the settings you are trying and upload it to imgur or a similar service and link that image on the forums so I can see?

i put any email. working emails, and still getting this.

The screenshot you sent doesn't show an e-mail address in the field. Does it blank out after submitting?

Are you putting any non-standard characters in the address like a + symbol? I am not sure why it isn't being accepted. Can you quickly test it to see if it would be accepted in the BCC field? Are you using the latest versions of WordPress and Gravity Forms?
