{admin_email} is pulling the wrong email address???

    Our site (www.paronline.com) is using gravity forms and all the "From Email" fields are set to {admin_email} but it's pulling an email address that isn't in our User roster? Suggestions?

    How are your notifications being sent; are they being sent using wordpress' own wp-mail.php or have you installed a smtp plugin, I have heard of smtp plugins overriding the from email address in the past.
