after creating form no short code shows up

    unfortunately I have had this issue for a few months now and really do not have much time to get to the bottom of what is wrong with this particular software. I can create a form it gives me the green check mark next to my license "which I purchased for 3 domains using the business plan" however there is no way for me to actually put the form on the page this is getting me very upset unfortunately there's apparently no support beyond asking questions like this out but I do not appreciate anyone's answer I'm just shocked that $100 plug-in does not deem a bit of support. Even e-mail.
