Ajax Error While Saving Form

I know this is a topic that has been posted but most seem closed as well as they do not relate to my situation. This has got me at my wits end.

I am running Windows 7. Firewall is off. I have the latest updates of everything. Yet I cannot create, save nor edit any forms. It returns the error "Ajax error saving form". All other "solutions" on this site spoke of changing the PHP memory which we are at 128MB so that is not the issue. The Mod_Security is not the issue.

There are 3 people here in the IT Dept. We are all on the same network. They have no problems. I log in from a different machine, I have no problems. However, from my normal work station I cannot do anything and it is specific to this machine. I cannot very well borrow another machine all the time to do my work.

I have searched this site, I have googled the error and read up on Ajax. I cannot find ANYTHING in regards to client side issues of this nature. I believe you are using server side framework and seems impossible for it to be a client side issue.
