ajax error while selecting the form

    Hi guys,

    We're trying to link a Gravity form with ExactTarget using the extension. Everything works great until the last step, where we're prompted to select the form from a dropdown.

    After choosing the form, an alert pops out saying "ajax error while selecting the form".

    We really need to fix this to go live. Can you please let us know how to fix this?

    I get Ajax error while editing the form in admin. When I click on a field to add the error pops up.

    How to solve it?

    I am also getting this error while attempting to use the MailChimp Addon, it come sup when I have to select the Gravity Form I want to send entries from. Any Ideas?

    Have you all tested for Theme/Plugin conflicts yet?

    Just a followup (Thanks Rob)

    I managed to get mine it to work by turning off all of my plugins and turning them on one by one until I found the culprit/s - In my case it was RokAjaxSearch and RokNewsPager that were causing the error.

    Hi Rob,

    Thanks for your help. I did try to test for plugin conflicts, but the issue persists when the only activated plugins are Gravity Forms and Gravity Forms ExactTarget Add-On.

    Any other suggestions?

    I am receiving the error when I try to delete something from my form. I made an update to the form and didn't need the old drop down box anymore. When I tried to delete it I received the error.

    Santiago, have you tried reaching out to the Exact Target plugin maker? We didn't create that add-on and don't officially provide support for it.
