Ajax not working when page has multiple forms.

    Hi,
    I am currently developing a website that has a sidebar with a newsletter signup form.

    The ajax for this form works fine if there is no other form on the page.

    However if you navigate to the "contact us" or "book a service" page the ajax now does not work on the signup form or any of the other forms for that matter.

    I disabled all other plugins, and it is still failing.

    There are some jQuery not defined errors on the page. Line 75 and 112 on the service page.
