All fields have gone missing

    I recently upgraded to 1.7.5 and seem to have lost a whole bunch of data.
    All of my form fields are gone, and entries are mostly blank.
    I've disabled all other plugins and made this video:

    Try going to the gravity forms settings page and in the URL enter &setup and press return. See if that helps.

    No luck. For the record I tried:
    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_settings&setup

    Try the meta recovery tool next and see if that makes any difference for you:
