All forms appear on page

  1. I built two forms and entered them on separate pages on my Web site, but both forms show up on both pages:

    http://wowlit.org/on-line-publications/stories/storiesguide/submit/
    http://wowlit.org/on-line-publications/review/reviewcall/submit/

Here's what I have inside the brackets:
    gravityform id=1 name=Submitto WOW Stories
    gravityform id=2 name=Submitto WOW Review

    What am I missing?

  2. I should add that those two lines of code are in respective pages and not on both pages. The first line is on the first page only and the second is on the second page only.

  3. Rebecca,

It looks like you have put the forms on two posts, which are being show at the same time. You should place the forms on a page so they cannot be shown at the same time.

    Good Luck!

  4. That's not the case, unless I don't understand you. I have one form on one page (not a post) and another form on another page. I could do screen captures but I wouldn't know how to put it here. The first code there is the only code entered for the WOW Stories page and the second code there is the only code entered for the WOW Review page. It's not the case that both lines of code are entered on both pages. However both forms appear on both pages.

Unless you are saying that I can't have the two pages open in different tabs in my browser? But that can't be either, because while I have multiple tabs open, I don't have the two pages with the forms.

  5. At first glance, it does look like these were added to posts and are showing up in category archive list. If it is pages, there could be some kind of conflict with the permalink structure. It's hard to say without getting a look.

Rebecca, if you'd like to send me access information to your WordPress admin, I'll be happy to take a quick look around and see what I can find. You can email me the information at the following address.. kevin at rocketgenius.com
