Hi there our forms at the following addresses are not sending auto notifications for recipients despite having the option selected and content filled in for the auto-notification letter in the admin.

    http://dumboartsfestival.com/open-call-submission-form-2/

    http://dumboartsfestival.com/partner-projects-submission-form/

    http://dumboartsfestival.com/open-studios-submission-form/

Could you take a look and let me know? I gone through it all but can't seem to find the glitch. I'm happy to provide access privately if you need a closer look.

    Much thanks,
    AC

  2. I have to ask a couple questions first...

    1) Is your web hosting company GoDaddy?

    2) Have you tried testing to the notifications using different email addresses? If not you should try setting the Send To address to a @gmail.com or @yahoo.com account you have access to and then test. Be sure to check their spam filter.

After doing number #2 above if the emails arrive at these other accounts, are the notifications only not working if it's to an email address with the @dumboartsfestival.com domain name?

The questions about are important to help us determine what you need to do next. It's all server related.

Hi there Carl, thanks for your help. The emails are not going through at all, regardless of email address. We're hosted on Servint.net, great folks to work with btw.

  4. @popbox I would suggest installing the WP Mail SMTP plugin from the WordPress.org plugin repository.

You will have to properly configure it and get the proper SMTP settings from Servint. Once you properly configure it there is a "Test Email" feature on the WP Mail SMTP plugin settings page that allows you to test if it was setup properly. Once the test emails work, so should your Notifications.

  5. I'm having a similar issue. The form does use the BCC field successfully, but not the redirection based on menu selections.
