Automatic Update Failed // Forms Lost

    I tried to automatically update the plugin - and this failed. More importantly, it seems all of my forms are now lost -- is there any way to recover these??

    Also, the wp-admin page for the forms now reads: You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

    this is horrible! I'm freaking out

    Solved -

    just had to delete the old plugin directory and manually upload the new version. I think the automatic update may have failed because I was using the sidebar plugin by Joost - read somewhere that addons should be deactivated first.
