I would like the form to be sent to include the Title of the Post that the person is looking at. In other words - I am putting a contact us form at the bottom of each post and when they hit submit and I receive the form...I want to know which post they are talking.
    Thanks for your help.

  2. The URL to the post/page the user is viewing is already stored automatically with the entry data. It will appear when editing an entry in the right hand sidebar with a link to the post the form was submitted from.

If you want to store the Post Title with the entry detail as a field, you can do that too.

    - Add a Hidden Field to your form
    - Edit the Hidden Field and give it a label of Post Title or whatever you want
    - Select the Advanced Tab
    - In the Default Value use the "Insert Form Field" drop down to select the Embed Post Title merge tag
    - Save your form

Now that hidden field would be populated with the Post Title it was submitted from.
