    Question - Is there a way to prevent a person from being added tot he aweber mailing list until after paypal payment is successful?

    Jocelyn, the next version of the AWeber add-on will include the ability to NOT register the user until after payment is received via PayPal. The two plugins will work better together in the future to accomplish what you want. No release date has been set for the plugin updates, but they are coming soon. The feature has already been added and should address your concern.

    One other thing --- Does the customer get a confirmation email from the form BEFORE or AFTER paypal is successful?

    It's configurable. You can elect to send the notification only after payment is received.
