After installing your Plugin, I activated it and got this:

"Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 7680 bytes) in /www/htdocs/w00aaf21/wp1/wp-admin/includes/update.php on line 263"

No I can't go to my Wordpress-Admin Pannel to deactivate it !!!!

    What shold I do now?

To restore access to the WordPress admin you will have to access your site using FTP and delete the gravityforms folder which is located in the wp-content\plugins directory.

Before re-installing Gravity Forms you will need to increase the amount of available memory by following the advice in this article http://www.nerdgrind.com/increase-wordpress-and-php-memory-limit/
