BuddyPress 1.5 breaks my forms

  1. I have integrated gravity forms via php into my buddypress member profile.
After updating to the bp 1.5 beta 2 (on my dev site for testin purpure), I recognized that the form has stop working.

I tested a bit and it works everywhere except in the BuddyPress parts. I just added it to posts, pages etc.

I couldn't see any js errors...

Any help would be very appreciated.

    Thanks, Sven

  2. Can you provide a link to a page containing the form that isn't working or is the site inaccessible?

  7. I am a customer of both Gravity Forms (Carl) and Themekraft (Sven). It's great to see experts in different areas working together to provide people like myself with fantastic and continually improving products and customer service. Keep up the great work. Buddypress (the sleeping giant) rocks!

  9. @svenl77 Sorry for the delay, business was disrupted by Hurricane Irene. We are catching up and getting back up to speed today and tomorrow. I have forwarded the login information to one of our developers who is going to take a look and see if he can see what is going on.

  10. Hi guys, any update on this?

I've noticed an issue with using Gravity Forms with BP v1.5 (same issue as detailed at http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/dashboard-loads-in-buddypress-theme-seems-when-entering-gforms-interface)

It seems strange that Gravity wouldn't work with BP v1.5 yet. Any clarification?

    Thanks,
    Phil

  11. @philipjohn What version of Gravity Forms do you have installed? If you are running a development release of Gravity Forms v1.6, which development release?

The forum post you linked to, that users issue was a problem with the BuddyPress theme he was using. It wasn't enqueuing scripts properly.

There was an issue with the default BuddyPress 1.5 setup, but it should be resolved in the Gravity Forms v1.6 RC5 release.

  12. I'd just gone for the latest stable release. 1.6 RC5 seems to work fine, thanks.
